'Indian Street Food | Mumbai to Ahmedabad'

'Indian Street Food is diverse and even the ones you get on the highway has something new to offer !  This is a fun video of my trip from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. I stopped at some places and tried the local delicacies.  Vani / Paunk was one such Gujarati Snack. It\'s made from roasted sorghum grains mixed with lemon and garlic sev.  It was absolutely delicious !  I had lunch on a roadside dhaba that included paneer masala, lasanya aalu and bajra roti. The paneer vegetable had loads of cashews and cheese, typically fusion gujarati food. The traditional garlicky potatoes were equally good. I finished my meal with a glass of thick lassi that had ice cream and dry fruits.  It was a smooth journey on national expressway one and I reached Ahmedabad in no time.
